Terms, shipping & returns

Catalogue prices are indicative. A written quote confirms line pricing, freight, applicable tax and lead time, and is valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise on the quote itself.

Orders are confirmed once a quote is approved in writing or a purchase order referencing the quote is received. Stock allocation is confirmed on the same business day where possible.

There is no minimum order value and no annual commitment.

New accounts are set up on pro-forma terms: the order is confirmed and dispatched once payment has cleared.

Net 30 terms are available on approved credit. Approval typically requires a completed credit application and two trade references.

Invoices are issued on dispatch and reference the purchase order number where one has been supplied.

Standard dispatch is 24–48 hours from order confirmation for stocked items. Items marked with a longer lead time on the product page ship in the stated window.

All shipments are tracked. Tracking is issued by email on dispatch.

Temperature-controlled items ship in validated packouts with pre-conditioned refrigerant. Single-use temperature logging is available on request.

Certain reagents and solvents are classified as hazardous materials and ship by ground only. This is noted on the product page and confirmed at quote.

Unopened, undamaged stock items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning anything so the shipment can be logged and inspected on arrival.

Custom, special-order and cold-chain items are non-returnable once dispatched, because their storage history cannot be verified after they leave our control.

Anything that arrives damaged, short-shipped, or outside its temperature specification is replaced or credited in full. Report it within five business days of delivery and we will handle the carrier claim.

All products supplied by Cell Vita Research are intended for laboratory research use by qualified personnel in an appropriately equipped facility.

Products are not sold for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of any product for their application, and for handling, storage and disposal in accordance with applicable safety data sheets and local regulations.
